I FINALLY got through, and the guy I talked to this time was awesome. Not only did he fix my problem correctly, he waited while I installed, made sure I had a spare installation after it was installed and activated as well. So there's SOME hope for EA support

Great to see you got it solved. I'm on my 8th try just currenlty on the live chat. My retail box didn't contain code for the cerberus network.
Really really iritating.
EDIT: Everytime i start the chat i got 30 minutes to wait and now for 10th time it says there's no available agents. I wonder if it's some legal issue that they should need to give you answer under 30 minutes in this type of thing. Don't know. Would rather wait for 2h and know there's somebody after the wait.
