OK So on Omega I had taken some item that was on a table and I ended up on the table. I couldn't get off so I saved the game and quit.
After reloading the game my entire squad is now stuck on the table.
Is there some sort of /stuck command or something that can be done to get me off the table?

3. Problem Details
a. When it comes to problem details, think about the five basic questions. Who? What? When? Where?
Why? Okay, so “Who?” doesn’t really apply here, but the others do.
b. What? What is the nature problem that you’re seeing?
c. When? When does the problem occur? Every time you engage in a particular action or only
after so many hours of play?
d. Where? Where does the problem occur? Is the problem localized to a particular planet or does
it occur everywhere?
e. Why? As much as possible, can you isolate the problem to a specific set of steps?

That's happened to me on the 360 a few times. I save a ridiculous number of times though, due to too many games freezing on me over the years, so I just reload and be careful around where I got stuck.

The "floating" bug happens to a lot of people. If you save yourself into it, it will indeed be just as bad when you reload.
If you don't want to reload an earlier save (or don't have one, ack!) you can try putting in a "ghost" command for yourself. See the Coalesced Editor - instructions for a "ghost" keybind are the first thing listed under User Contributions.
