I took the Geth Sheild boost. Helps when you lose your sheilds. That or Warp Ammo.

I suggest Reave. It prevents synthetics and organics from regenerating helth. A real life saver in bossfights. Geth Shield Boost is also a good choice.

Reave is pretty much the best ability in the game, atleast in terms usefulness.

Reave: Damages the nervous or synthetic systems to prevent target from healing. Restores the biotic's health when power is used against organics.



Heavy Reave: The biotic focuses on snuffing out a single target's life, increasing the Reave;s strength, duration, and damage.



Area Reave: The Biotic becomes a vortex of life, increasing the Reave's radius to affect multiple targets.

Well, there's Mordin's Neural Shock, which paralyzes your enemiors with pain. Thane's Shredder Ammo is also a good tech choice for an infiltrator.

I tend to agree here.  Since I went commando, I found AP ammo to be excellent against any major NPC that had heavy armor and health.  I'd just overload their shield, or warp their barrier (if they had one) and hit Hardened Adrenaline and fire off some shots with a sniper rifle.  Usually was dead before the effect wore off.  Also worked well with the machine gun and firing in short bursts.

I still used Incendiary and Disruptor ammo but found next to no need for Warp Ammo since my teammates could more effectively lower shielding/barriers far better than I could with Warp Ammo.

if you're infiltrator i say geth shield boost it makes you almost invulnerable for a few seconds. but for my sentinel i use AP ammo. tears through armor & synthetics in an instant.

I'm an infiltratior and I used barrier. Anything to boost your shields are best in my opinion. ap ammo is good too.

For my Infiltrator I used AP Ammo. The AP ammo for the SMG and close to mid range stuff, great with the Locust if you get Kasumi, as the SMG rips through shields anyway and then the AP makes it rip trough armour and health. AP Ammo gives +70% boost on armour and health damage if you take Tungsten Ammo, not the squad ammo.



I used the Disruption Ammo on the sniper rifles. With those two ammo and weapon combos alone I didn't really need anything else, although the Tactical Cloak can get you out of trouble in a pinch.

Neural shock is good. It stuns enemies so you can like up a headshot. Geth Shield Boost and Dominate are also good. Warp ammo or reave covers the biotic weakness infiltrators have.



Armour piercing ammo is useless since snipers are strong against armour already, and you have incinerate. Shredder, while not as useless as cryo ammo, is also kind of useless, since everything has multiple layers on high difficulties.
