Ok, on my quad core/GTX 260, the game runs smoothly at my native panel resolution (1920x1200), but even on a 24" monitor the fonts at this resolution become utterly microscopic. I have ended up playing the game at 1280x800 simply so I can read text more easily, but the game doesn't look near as pretty
AA makes it look better, but is no substitute for simply running at the higher res (where the pixel pitch is fine enough to generally leave AA off) HUD/controls could be sized up a bit too for these higher resolutions, but that's not quite as critical.

Same for me, my vision is not that great. I even put my monitor closer to me... I still have to squint and hunch over. Makes for a painful experience!

Yep I see a few people with issues about this myself included. I'm using a 42 inch plasma and want to use my 1920x1080 res (I paid for high-def I want my high-def) but it makes trying to read anything a strain on the eyes so not being able to resize these things is a big oversight in this day and age. So here is hoping bioware take it onboard.

I think they are working on a High Res patch or mod or something. Heard other talking about it. Dont know about the larger sized fonts though..

Try this mod out and see if it solves your problem. (I am not the creator of this mod but there are many mods featured on the site it is on that you will never see here on this site)

Lavosslayer...
Thanx much, for the Link.
I went there and sent the Mod builder a PM. I'll post here if he answers.
His mod increases font-size "50%". That's a big help but might not be enough (I'm running Dragon at 1920x1080 and screen-Text is VERY tiny).
My PM asks him if he can make Dragon's screen Fonts 'selectable sizes" ("#8" Font-size, "#9" Font-size, etc.).
I sure hope he can----and will.
