I didnt have enough paragon points to break up the fight and now im pretty sure i have 100% paragon (i dont know how to check though). I tried to make up with her and it still wont give me the Paragon dialogue. Will this make me fail the suicide mission or can i let it go.

same thing happened to me. I finished the game with my whole team surviving and Miranda wasn't loyal. I would suggest not making her a leader of anything. That's what I did and it worked out fine.

Same thing happened to me with Zaeed and Jack. Both of them survived the final mission for me.

I lost Miranda's loyalty and had her the leader of the 2nd Fire Team, and she never betrayed me or anything. Not sure how losing Loyalty impacts the mission. Nobody died for me.

Yeah same thing happened to me UGH. I tried everything to gain more Paragon points and turn her around to no avail. Only Legion died ( I put him in the duct and he died at the doors when the Collectors storm us after that) when I finished the suicide mission, Miranda lived fortunately and everyone else.

You actually can fix it. When you upgrade your individual class skill to max you have the two choices. One of them tells you that it gives you 70% of the renegade/paragon points and the other tells you 100%. It's impossible without the 100% option as far as I can tell. I had this same problem until I did that and bam! I could get Jack's loyalty back.

Distraction team I chose Garrus. My logic is he has experience with C-Sec and he survived for so long in Omega. Thus I thought he was the best candidate.
For the person to hack the doors I chose Tali.
Next I chose to go through the backdoor with seeker swarms. I had Samara create a biotic field, and I had Garrus lead the distraction team again.
Be sure to have your ship fully upgraded. Meaning the Cannons, the shields/plating, and the fuel.
