So I bought 400 points in order to download the new RtO DLC for Dragon Age. Been an hour since my card got processed, and my points are not showing up. Who do I talk to? I paid using paypal...

I have been waiting for my points sence the 1st of the month and i still havent goten them, i payed with paypal and this is ticking me off alot, if i dont get my points in the next day i am going to have some strong words with them. There is no reason for them to take my money and not produce a product in a timely fashon, and no, waiting almost a week is not a timely fashon.

same problem here... paid via giropay... it is flagged as finished and the money was deducted from my account... but no points

Yes, e-mail customer support if you haven't already. It takes a few days but that is about all you can do...

I e-mailed them and they arnt responding, they need a customer service number that we can call, cause this is getting rediculus, they have my $20 and i have nothing. this is fraud and if i dont get my points i am treating it as such.

They are still doing it. They still take your money and do not produce the points. I submitted a ticket but have yet to get any form of response. Whats worse is I could not find any place or means to submit a ticket normally, I had to go to paypal, go to my transaction details, and find their email there. The email link just took me to the front page of the EA site. 
They currently owe me either 1120 Bioware Points, or $14 back into my paypal account.

Oh, thats another weird thing. The paypal payment went through, but the reciept page refused to load. And no, its not my end. I checked. Nor is it my browsers fault. Again, I checked.
I went into manage accounts, and both purchases show up in the list. But I still show as 0 bioware points.

Yep. Same. receipt page refused to load, so i quit out of browser, restarted, repurchased.
Nothing. I check paypal today? Got charged for both (so now I have 2400 points, great). Log onto bioware.com to get my DLC. Get a msg 'You have no points'.

Ok. I just chatted to an EA support person, and they put it all right in under 10mins. By far the easiest fix, for anyone else reading this.

Is there even a chat support? Because the only means to contact them I know of is to email the address shown on the paypal transaction details and it results in a ticket being submitted.

Thank you very much, the tech on the chat resolved the matter very quickly.
As a note, the email/ticket tech support is extreamely slow, but the chat tech support seems to be very efficient.

i bought 1600 points and bought a 800 point item and the other 800 points are gone and it says 0 ths is bull****
