Since Return to Ostager has been released, I added 400 points to my account and fired up the game to download the DLC. Not only will the DLC NOT appear in the in-game "store", but the other premium DLC I had (Wardens Keep, Stone Prisoner, etc...) is now marked as "unauthorised". It won't let me load any of my saved games now.
The stuff that I've got which is marked as "unauthorised" appears in the "Buy" list, but when I click BUY it tells me it has been installed and to restart the game so it'll take affect. I follow those instructions but it still won't recognise it.
Anyone else having this problem? Is it a BioWare issue or has my account become stuffed up in some way?
All Dragon Age DLC has become unauthorised, regardless of the fact I purchased it ages ago

Never mind, turns out I had the Dragon Age content updater service disabled. Re-enabled it and it works now.

I also have a similar problem. I had to reload the game and some of the content I paid for was redownloaded but is listed as unauthorized and I can't use my newer save games.

Click on "Start" and select "run". Then type "services.msc" (without the quotes). That'll open the services management console. Search for the Dragon Age updater (or something similar) and manually start it.

I'm having the same problem, Theocatt. Mine was working fine this morning. I'm thinking it's a server-side issue that will hopefully be resolved soon, but I can't find any official information from BioWare or EA about it.

I have same problem with some dlcs, I buy some, but in my profile I see only one bought and its not working too, in my game I see all dlc I bought but unathorized:/ I tryed tip from jwalker, but not work:/ Have anyone some another tip how to run it?

No tips yet. I tried to manually start the DA updater service, but it had no effect. Whatever is going on, it is on Bioware's side, not ours. Also, i played the game late last night and had no issues. Also, the game DID update my character about 30 minutes ago or so. This is just a very strange issue.

Also...for some reason, my remaining Bioware pts(all 80 of them.. ) appear when checking my DLC content then disapear. I AM logged in, and to the right account. There should be NO reason for any of this.

Thanks Siirii, but i only HAVE this one account, so i know it is the right one, and my DLC page verifies that i have these codes. This feels like a error on Biowares part.

?? Update all the required lines? I AM authorized to use these DLC, but all that page states is to log on with the correct account, which is what i am doing. That page was useless.

Yes, this solution worked... but my savegame was at the Landsmeet and I lost everything the DLC gives. In particular I had a lot of runes and gems saved up in the chest at the Keep... all gone. I have to do the quests again to get the items back, so far I haven't seen the area that begins Shale's quest... and of course all the remarkable gems have already been used.
