How'd Joker / Shepard get the Reaper picture / data in the ending?

When they take their datapad at the ending, you see a picture of the reapers and how Shepard or Joker just stares at it before looking out into space. How'd that get there?

Is this finally the proof the Council needs before they can listen to reason? :o

I think EDI stole that from the Collector base, since she can hack and all that good stuff. That's my theory, anyways.

1. Most likely from the collectors or something.

2. No, they'll just say it's a photo of a geth fleet or something.

That's the most likely thing.

And yes I want to take that data and slap the council's face with it. And here I thought putting humanity in charge will change things. Ha!

Remember the scene with the Collector General, where his eyes stop glowing, he looks around in confusion, and he punches a few keys on his console that make a picture of an insectoid reaper vanish? My guess is that, the general sent you some vital reaper tactical data, having realized at the last moment that he was free, and he had to help you.

I'm pretty sure Harbinger was controlling the general, The collectors were more machine and integrated parts than organic due to the reapers avdancing them from protheans to working husks that's why he was so powerful and said "I Release Control" right at the end and moved his consciousness/brain back to the reaper. Edi downloaded data from the collector base, while Sheppard was planting the bomb.

Actually, he was pushing buttons when under control. When freed, he doesn't do anything, except die tragically.

Sorry, I checked and Harbinger is pressing the buttons, not the Collector General.
