I've played through it twice tonight, and both times Dark Spawn that were supposed to drop items didn't. I cannot get a complete set of Cailan's armour due to whatever is happening.

It's quite frustrating. Am I missing something? Doing something out of order? I can get in the Mage's chest and Cailan's chest, but the most "drops" I've had is two and that's after wiping out every Dark Spawn in the place.
