What do you think about ME2 getting an expansion pack? I know theres "tons" of DLC in the pipeline but i feel a proper expansion pack set in the immediate aftermath of the collector defeat would nicely wrap up the story for the surviving crew. I feel that the Mass Effect 2 story could use another 5-10 hours (felt a bit shortish) and none of the ME2 squadmates outside of Garrus and Tali has as much impact as the first and the lack of sidequests and/or memorable side characters (unlike Gianna etc from the first game) are large flaws in the story of ME2.

What do you think? Would you welcome an expansion pack?

Absolutely. Since they are doing one with Dragon Age, they might be considering doing the same with ME2. I would love it!

That would be very awesome. Another good chunk of hours during the aftermath to tie up some loose ends and to have sort of a "calm" before the storm that is Mass Effect 3.

I think their gonna make an expansion like the expansion for Dragon Age.
I would love to continue the storyline of ME2, just to wrap up what happens if your crew SURVIVES and Shep lives. Though it would be a large expansion, the gameplay would be short. It would have two outcomes.
1) You destroy the Collector ship and are now by your lonesome. Maybe you go back and join the Alliance/Council? They did welcome you with somewhat open arms as long as you only did Cerberus stuff in the Terminus systems.
2) You hand over the Collector ship to Cerberus and remain a member of Cerberus. WHAT NOW?

I mainly would just like to see more dialogue with the Council, to wrap things up with them. Definitely want to have a lengthy talk with the Ambassador (Not Udina, **** that ****). Oh, and I would love so much more dialogue between your crew, especially your love interest! Maybe even have a dialogue part where you can take them out on dates (resturaunts, clubs) and have a certain set of dialogue just for that? It would be tight as hell.

If they do decide to release an expansion I really hope we get some more side quests from Wrex and Liara. I'd also like to see the Presidium and Wards unlocked in the Citadel.

Definatly. More quests from liara and wrex would be great.

YES! I would really like to see (in conjuction with aforementioned content) some Spectre missions (given you retcon your allegiance with Cerberus). They don't have to OMFG 1337, but I would just like to see the Council open up to Shepard some, if only to the smallest degree. I mean I saved their asses in the game, and all I get is the Turian member saying I am deranged? WTF?

Yeah, the fact that they still claim that the Reapers are a myth makes me wish I let them all die at the hands of the Geth. But in all due time they will see the errors of their ways when the Reapers attack in Mass Effect 3!

Kasumi should be coming out sometime soon, so expect a new party member.

I hope we get many expansion packs. The way I look at it you can't put a price on a good game as long as they keep making good content to expand story and gameplay I'm happy.

As much as I like Dragon age Mass Effect is a game I've wanted for years... Me1 was good but Me2 to me was great. One of thee best games yet.

ME2 was the best RPG I've played this decade, to be honest. Even if it lacks the MMO perspective, it still kicks the **** out of everything else out there.
