It seems a lot of people are having this problem, but I can't find one of the threads that has an answer.

I just had to format my computer and reinstall Dragon Age.  I need to re-download the DLC's (I have all four), but all of the downloads are stuck perpetually at 0%, and the "Download progress" has a big red ! on it, and the game required version is 1.0 in red.

I'm stuck.  I already turned on "automatically download previously purchased premium content", and nothing.  I bought it through steam, and it says my version is 1.02.
