I want Legion but I can't seem to find him.
His body isn't in the AI Core after I acquire the IFF.
I assume its because I have Zaeed maybe?
How do I correct this? Delete Zaeed?
Can't Recruit Legion If Zaeed is unlocked?

Zaeed shouldn't affect anything. Are you sure you didn't give him to cerberus?

There are no character conflicts unless you choose them to be conflicts. I got all of the characters and all of their loyalties without a hitch.
It is likely either A) bug, or
you decided to give him to Cerberus.

Zaeed and Legion are not mutually exclusive. The only reason you might not have access to Legion is either because of a bug, or you made a choice that caused you to not take him aboard the Normandy. I'd try going back to an earlier save file and see if you can correct it.
