ok I just did the hacking part and now I just need to know who to kill. can some one help me out?

none of the suspects.. there should be new options in the dialogue after you did all the hacking

Once you get all 5 datapads, the "Not yet"option when you call Liara changes to "None of the suspects"

To do that, you need to hack more terminals. There are 5 in total, and they are pretty easy to find. The hardest one maybe the one that is near Conrad, just b/c it a further then the other ones. After all 5 just think a bit and call Liara. (hint: knowing the killer's gender will help).
