Every time I try to create a new character, OR import from the CC, I get the familiar "...has stopped working" error.

Intel i7 920 @ 2.79ghz
6 gig ram
ATI Radeon HD 4870

I've already tried disabling the ATI tray app and it does nothing. NO other games give me errors, only this, so I assume it's a driver issue or a bug with the game.

I think I've narrowed down part of the problem - if I try to create a Male character, I don't have this problem. If I try to create a Female character, this issue pops up.
