I believe Tali is only a few years younger than Shepard. Check out the timeline at masseffect.wikia.com.

You can romance all three females after you finish the game. Kinda disappointed I didn't get to see Tali's face. She was the most developed NPC in ME2 in my opinion. The fact that she was in ME1 added to that for me.

At mass effect dot com go to universe, then click on tali, at bottom of page shows gender, age, etc, she is 24

Actually she lets Shepard know she has a bad cold after the coupling, but she said it was worth it.

I hear she gets really really sad, if you say you want to remain friends for health reasons. Though i would ask the illusive man an mordin for a cure for there race! Then they can colonized anywhere they want with ease.
