I was exploring the galaxy map, and I found a planet with a somewhat long description.  I read it, and it said that the planet is famous for "the largest writing every done by a human, and easily visible from space."  So of course I move the planet around looking for writing on the side.  There wasnt any.  What a dissapointment.

You can revisit one system from ME1, where one planet had a ginormous scar from a hugenormous gunshot 37 million years ago. They imply that this is the shot that killed the derelict Reaper. Anyway, if you scan the planet, it's just a red gas giant. In ME1, you could easily see the scar when you landed on its moon. I'm pretty sure it was the Major Kyle mission.
