how do i get into the deep roads? i go to ask the guard to let me in and he says i need an assembly of troops or osgarths permission
anyone know what to do??

there's a house you can go into at the dust city(or whatever it's called). there's a bunch of thugs in there that you kill to get the "key" to go into the base to find jarvia.
