...always the same (Slam, Barrier) or related to unlocked loyalty talents?  I ask because I'm halfway through the game, decided I wanted to restart with an imported save, and keep getting presented with those two choices no matter which save I choose.  I don't want either of them, and it occurred to me that, since I'd only done Miranda and Jacob's loyalty missions thus far in ME2, and those just happen to be their loyalty powers, that might have something to do with it.

In other words, if I do Mordin's before starting a new game with an imported save, would Neural Shock be available?  Biotic powers just don't make a lot of sense for the non-Biotic Soldier I'm planning to run.
