Remove the authorization on the Mass Effect 1 and its DLC or get a support that ACTUALLY WORKS!

I sent a ticket 3 days ago to unlock it. Didn't get a response, still haven't received one.

Then after 24 hours I spent 2.5 hours trying to get into the chat support until I finally got in. They did come half way as they unlocked Mass Effect 1, but completely ignored Bring Down the Sky.

Now when I finally had time to install and play again, I got a message that Bring Down the Skyl couldn't be installed because it had reached the limit. I was of course angry but determined to get it working.

I've today spent 4 hours in line for the chat support until they finally just closed the whole chat support completely.

Here I sit, 3 days later, and I've gotten nowhere.

Is it really fair that I shall not be able to play my own game because the Support does not work?
