I beat the main storyline and then preceded to scan the remaining planets finding anomalies and performing misc side quests (I had already done all hub world/loyalty quests). Because of this will any of my actions, involving these anomaly side quests, not transfer to mass effect 3 from mass effect 2?
Was just wondering because it was the endgame utility save that was transfered from Mass Effect 1 to 2, rather than a player created save.
Mass Effect 3, which save will import?

We have no clue but I reckon it'll probably be your most recent savefile as Bioware knows how screwed up the import from ME1 is.

Well one can only hope. It would be nice to get official word on this, as I do have a back-up before beginning the final quest.
