Half an hour tweaking a face in the toolset gave me this bald Lynnore.



What do you guys think? Ignore the bad skin, I hate the light at Ostagar... it makes everyone look dirty and uuugh.

I tried with a couple of different hairstyles but finally went with the baldie option... seems it's the new trend anyway
Neutral-ish, might be a Blood Mage eventually... dunno what the future holds for her really.

My first thought was Jack somehow landed in the wrong BioWare game   But between her lips being more natural in size and her other features she draws my eye much more. Shaven head definitely works for her, too.

Ya know, the more I work with female faces the more I'm noticing how bad the in game lighting can be at times.  Half the time the image looks overexposed and washes out all the little details (IE the left pic!) ... the other half it's too dark for them to even show up,   Still, thanks for the "yay!"

Also, your mage kinda looks like a bald Anora to me. I'm curious, which
voice did you pick for her? >.>

A-friggin-men to that! It's like getting all dressed up, make up on, and hairstyled at home and looking awesome, only to get to the ball and be bathed in Flourescent lighting.

Seems it, doesn't it? . I like her; though I can't tell if you're going with the bald hair or the buzzed hair. Personally I think the bald is distracting, while the buzzed/shaved look is far more natural. The mouth & eye choices you made on her are spot-frigging-on. Perfectly complementary.

Thx y.h. - but honestly I don't care then. If its ment as an insult then let it have them. I was just awoke and have seen the bald ones >.< whatever... before I drink 2 huge cup of coffee I shouldn't post, mayhaps. And a insult wiht a kiss is still a insult.....

The reason Lynnore's eyes look so lifeless is that I opted to take screens in the shadows. I hate the Ostagar light and it made her look really odd all the time. Will snap a few more pics of her in the Wilds (love the cutscene where Morrigan is introduced) and Lothering later. I have to get there first tho



As for the bald/buzz look, I went for a slight buzz and not the complete baldness. I think I went with about 20 on the buzz-scale.



I don't want her to look like Anora I used about ~50 on the Anora unique shape scale but thought I had made her pretty much different otherwise Her voice... no idea actually. It's the same as I had for the previous Lynnore and I can't remember what I took I don't hear it much anyway and don't really care about it

I don't know how complicated it would be to create them, maybe it's possible to just stretch face-paintings on the head. Looking forward to the opinion of experts.

Head Tattoos - awesome idea - I really would like that. But I have noticed Tattoo-Mods only working with the Toolset - i found on Nexus not a single one which is working with the Char-Creator, too.

@LadyAly: thx for stating it's not possible without toolset, that made me think of a solution, and tadaaam :-)

To use custom face tattos with cc, you only have to play around with filenames. Follow DarthParametric's guidance from the description here: http://www.dragonage...file.php?id=822
The method works with the simple tattoos mod as well. (which is updated with a Minsc tattoo today btw!) For example, make a human noble with the first tattoo, save game, exit. Copy to override, then rename h_tat_predragon2_0t.dds to uh_pct_h01_0t.dds. Load game, and here we go:



Apologies to all, this isn't meant as thread sabotage. The benign intention is to influence modders and char creators. So, if a laic can do a workaround with custom tats > it must be easy for a skilled user to make headtattoos > more diverse char faces to be born on this forum.

Thanks! But as I've said before I like big and bright, and think they eyes are the focal point of the face (For me anyhow). I have two daughters and a husband with the biggest blue eyes I've ever seen, so it looks perfectly "normal" to me.

So I moved my saves to an external drive I have, and I'm gonna "restart" my charas...

first up the dalish rogue, Rhaelyn. EDIT: hot damn I may have actually pulled it off this time. imagine that...<_<



green eyes, darkish blue eyeshadow,  blue tattoo, and yes I'm set on either this hairstyle still, or maybe the Jaheira hair.
