Yes, you'd need to delete 6.8. Basically you uninstall and then delete the uninstaller. Then you install 6.9.

It fixes a lot of the issues that 6.8 had and improves a lot of the textures. It also links the NPCs to the correct textures so you'd need to install the NPC changes again too.

I feel like I'm writing an ad......but what the hell.

I think everyone who really likes character design (everyone in this thread) might benefit from this mod.

here are the changes in 6.9

1. Makeup textures have whiter teeth now. The whiter teeth are made differently from the "Whiter Teeth" mod, as it is a lighter color but not as bright as the latter mod.

2. Improved NPCs that fit the lore of Dragon Age a bit better. For example, Mithra and Arl Eamon look very different from previous versions.

3. Improved eye textures. I added new ones and fixed some of the old ones.

4. All of the characters are now linked to the correct textures now.

5.An updated manual so that you can learn how to apply makeup on your own character. There are 400 combinations of colors and glossy lip makeup that you can add to your character.

I wouldn't say that I "hijacked" the thread. I hardly even post here. I post an image. I don't name my designs. I don't make paragraphs. I don't make stories. I don't make explanations on my designs. I don't comment on other people's designs. I just sort of post an image and leave.

And no need to take his post as defensive. He just stated facts. But I do agree with Cala, some little note about the images would be so much more interesting. Now it's just a pic without "life".

No need to name them, or write a backstory. Just a little note like "This here is a character I made with the inspiration of Jeanette Voerman from VtM:B"



I tend to take picposting as a "I don't care about you other people, I just want to show MY work off", not saying you do such a thing Petehog. That's just my personal feeling about the whole "not commenting anything"-thing... eh

@Petehog 6.9 works well just as a feedback. This white haired girlie looks like Cindy Lauper in her crazy days :happy: 
If I see the possibilities with your Make up I will give maybe another try to install the toolset - even if I think it will let me behind again frustrated.
I'm pretty sad that I haven't tried this out earlier .. for my NaChaya Story.
Maybe I start to play it again  - to get the screenies with your Mod's .... *lesigh*

*hugs* mochen - Morrigan is the first of your creations I don't like - I know you like the round faces and beside Morrigan all are awesome sauce.
Sometimes the own vision is simple fixed on a special picture and refuses to accept a different style. It is the same way with Morrigan and the *Barbie*style wavey hair ...*lol* I can't stand it.

But guess what - An Avatar elf is really an alien XD - still well done @NoAngel89

Yup. That was 4 months ago. Only now with toolset so I'm making new characters. Personally I think those who worked much with cc were really skillful and you are one of them.

I've been following this thread since it was started page 75. So I pretty much know what's going on. I just didn't active with the rest of the artist. I must say you have 1 more fan here since a few months back. You have so many amazing characters all the way and it didn't stop you from making more. I hope to see more of em.
