I had a pretty stressful day today but going through page after page was an odd stress-reliever. Actually it was a great stress-reliever. After I did it, all my stress was gone.
Needless to say, I've picked out my favorite designs out of the "Prettiest Character contest", "Character Showoff" and "tough character contest".
I graded them on these criteria:
1. Originality
2. Aesthetics
3. Proportions
4. Beauty
5. Color Balance
Anyone who used extensive use of Adobe Photoshop to change the lighting or make thier character look better were disqualified from the list as I wanted everything to be on equal ground. There were some characters that looked nice but only because of tweaks that they made in Photoshop and not so much on mastery of CC or the toolset. I also did not include designs that only contained minature "avatars". Those little avatars never look anything like what's actually in the game.
So with much further ado, here are my favorite designs. I don't believe in a top 10 or a list. These designs are not ranked. They are all different and fantastic in different ways and I can't say one is better than the other.
It's a big image. Click twice to zoom in all the way.
Each design has the creator of the design, the name of the character and a picture of the avatar they created.

Ah, a tip. Something I realized about Bioware Social Network's forum is that there's no direct way to go to a page number. Let's say you remember you were on page 25 or something. You type a comment. And lo and behold you lose your spot. Not to worry. Remember the last number on the top of your URL is the page number. So you just click on the forum and type in the page number.
