That's a beautifulMorrigan morph. It's true to the lore but it improves upon the Bioware original.

A little something Victoria got done after her family was murdered by a friend, her king was killed by a traitor, and she became the last of an order she'd only just joined. The Dragon Age was named for the violence and destruction a sighting of the creature portends, and she felt that the symbol (both the image and the painful process of getting it) was a fitting one for how much her life had changed. Alistair wasn't a fan, but Leliana thinks it's dashingly roguish.

The look is a bit of custom work I did so the screenshots matched the story. Glad you like it!
