In Fallout 3 you can get a hair cut from a goul. Maybe there should be a mod that do just like that. A beauty saloon where you go and can chance your hair.

That would have been great. There was also that plastic surgeon too if I remember right, where you could change your physical appearance etc.
It'd be cool to have some character customization DLC too

Here's one of my elf characters. I tried to make her look very mature/responsible etc. and I think she came out quite well. Yet I still think her eyes are a bit too high on her face. Meet Vesa.
