So who else thought Kelly was the best romance option? She has everything!

- Open, no deep distrust of humans or past burden BS that prevent her to fully commit

- Private, doesn't ask you to break previous commitments to have fun

- Always available, as long as you save her and keep playing, she's one intercom away

- Will do a lot for you, from dinning, dancing, sleeping (well laying next to you in bed), sitting in your lap and feeding your fishes

Sure beats any of the other romance options!
Any other Kelly fans out there?


How to get her: Simply keep being nice to her, then save her at the end. You will then be able to call her up.

She got melted in my first play through. First thought was "Aw hell she died, that sucks" then it was "Dang it now I don't have anyone to feed my fish"

A shame she isn't a full romance options as I would have picked her. I still haven't figured out who I want to romance. Right now I'm leaning towards Tali, but I'm not sure how an alien/human relationship would work. Kelly would have been best.

I have not figured out how to romance Kelly yet, there are some nice folks who have given me some tips on how to accomplish this in another thread i will definatly make sure that i do it this round. i was not impressed with the femshep romance options this time around and sincerely hope Bioware fixes this by ME3. But from what i have heard and seen for femsheps she is the best option anyway.

I think it's fine that she's not a romance in the sense of replacing your old one. Allows me to have fun and still keep Liara on my desk, waiting, for ME3.... oh yes I'm going back for her! And hopefully Kelly can still come late at night when everyone else is gone to bed

Kelly is real easy. Just keep being nice to her. Then at the end make sure you save her, and she's yours She will send you emails.

The only real trick to romancing Kelly is that you have to close the dialogue trees with Garrus / Jacob / and Thane without romancing them. Not that that's difficult, but you do have to exhaust the options and stay single.

Really? I thought all you needed was be single at the end, so like have them killed. I know it doesn't affect your ME1 relationship as far as your desk photo goes.

Kelly is the best, an all around awesome person to be around. You can tell! Figures Bioware would go and make the best romance option not as deep and kidnapped/possibly liquefied right in front of you.

Right, you do ahve to be single, but I think you need to close off the options too. For instance, I still had Garrus's "Relieve stress." romance dialogue tree open after beating the final mission, and I didn't get Kelly's email until I went in and specifically closed that tree by saying I just wanted to fight him and not romance him.

I may be mistaken, but I know I didn't get the email until after I finished that dialogue.

If you already romanced one of the other squaddies then I think your chances with Kelly are completely shot, but I'm not positive.

Yeoman is a rank. And that is the Kelly Chambers people have been talking about.

Yeoman is her job title, not her name. Like  "Commander" is not Shepard's first name.

Yeoman is her rank.  Its like a navy secretary.

Her actual name is Kelly Chambers

Yeoman is her title. when you first meet you can agree to call her Kelly and that will be displayed rather than "Yeoman Chambers" when you target her.

She dies if you do sidequests after the crew gets captured. To save her you have to go through the relay immediately after the crew is abducted.
