Anyone else getting this?

When I try to import my ME1 character on the 360 I get a message stating "The import character feature requires exactly one profile to be signed in. Please check with the Xbox Guide to make sure exactly one gamer profile is signed in."

I have only one profile signed in, and signing in and out (rinse, repeat) and restarting the whole console doesn't seem to help. I hope I haven't thrown away $60, as I haven't played anything in game yet. I can't even get a new game started.

Aedan, I just had this error tonight....I went so far as to rent mass effect and complete it again, and ran into this. If there are multiple gamertags on your Xbox, set them all to "disabled" for auto login. It was recognizing my son's auto login account, even though I signed him out, logged in and started under me. Setting everyone to disabled, shutting down, restarting, logging in as me worked fine.
