Hejhej!
The galaxy map has been improved a lot from ME1 :-) Esp. the mission labels on stars, clusters and planets make it it pleasingly easy to find important places.
Here's how it could be made even better IMHO:
- add the resource status to the name label of explored planets
- include the resource status of planets in the % exploration value of star systems/clusters
Both addition would make tracking your exploration and resource collection progress much easier.
What do you think? Would it be hard to programm?
:-)

Hard to program? For a patch, yes. But for the next installment, no. We just want to make sure the user interface doesn't get over cluttered. Instead of a hard read out, a simple color coding of the planets (green to red for the planet's name) would be intuitive and subtle enough without breaking the orange/red theme of the Cerberus GUI.
In that spirit, I suggest more flexible labels on stars that avoid collisions with other labels, probably by making them not as big to begin with, and scale them up as more missions are added. Also, bolding the names of clusters/stars that have side quests in progress would be a useful addition.
