I imported my ME1 character with Liara as a LI and then cheated on her with Miranda. So if I start a NG+ will the game begin with Liara as my LI again? I want to stay loyal to her for ME3.

I had Ash as my LI from the first game and starting off her pic is on my Sheps desk. So I would say she would still be yours in the new game plus.
