I was playing on illum on helping miranda and trying to recruit thane, just before i got there the game crashed. after i fired it back up it asked me to login on cerberus and i had it remember my stuff so that was odd. after i logged in and was playing for a while i noticed i was getting all my starting achievements again, how can i or will i even be able to get my origional achievements back?

I also had this happen to me. Beat the game but apparently I've never recruited a team mate....

Was pretty annoying getting head shot counter pop ups during the suicide mission.

Happened to me as well! Had a hard crash, when I got back every single one of my achievements had reset. Grr.
