I know there are several topics about it, but this deserves to be mentioned more than once, and to be seen on the front page.

Like so many others, I bought the Digital Deluxe Edition from the EA Store. Got the pre-load mail with activation key on Monday 25th January, but the Cerberus and bonus item codes were missing. I contacted EA Customer Support, but nothing. Almost a week later (so much more than the often-mentioned 84 hours), I still haven't got my Cerberus codes.
I sincerely hope that this issue will not go unnoticed.

I had the same issue, I ordered the game as a physical DVD, but there was no Cerberus card in the box. Yesterday I contacted EA through Live Chat, and told him about this, and he enabled it on my account, so try that.

Well, if someone could tell me exactly where to find this elusive Live Chat, I'd be happy. No luck on the Support pages...

You can get to it from here http://support.ea.com/chat.

You may need to log in, then type that address in again to get it to work, as it will take you to the 'email us' page again. I hope you have more luck getting a response than I did. Have been in the chat queue 8 times, each for a minimun of 45mins, only to be deliberately disconnected when it was my turn.

They really couldn't care less after taking your money. As I have said in other threads, if you don't get what you've paid for in a few days pursue a refund through your Credit Card company if you can - it's the only way to make them notice.

I don't think so, that they do this deliberately.

I guess there are so many people having the same problem.



Try taking you receipt in hand if you still have it, and visit the place you bought the game from.

(or give them a call first)

This helped in my case as they had them separately in stickers. Just i guess they forget to give you one on checkout.

I have kinda the same problem..

Bought the normal Mass Effect 2 game at Gamestop, but couldn't find the Cerberus code anywhere! Still don't have the Cerberus network activated :/

I purchased the game at Best Buy and have the same issue.  Sent an email to tech support.  Hopefully can get the code and activate as well.

I found my code. I had put the card in my Mass Effect 1 box...so I just entered the code and now have four downloads...

I bought the PS3 version brand new from GameStop and I got the game in one of their GS boxes with no code in it. And I cant register my game because of said GameStop box. Who do I contact to get this solved?
