I got it on my first sentinel playthrough. No collector armor or any dlc apart from the free stuff.

Reporting the same problem. Second playthrough, Soldier Paragon import toon from ME1.



Reading this thread, it sounds like the problem is specific to Soldier-class character. I think I'm the third or fourth person to report this being class-specific.



I don't think it has anything to do with Combat Mastery. I am early in the game with this playthrough and no skill is currently above Level 2.

I guess this problem occurs both PC and Xbox. I'm having heartbeat bug on Soldier class also.

I to am having the heartbeat sound but only on one instance. The game has not given me any problems at all until i went to dock at the prison ship to start the jack mission. Soon as i click dock game freezes up and the heartbeat sound booms in a continuous loop. I have not been able to get past this issue. I have been haunting the boards for 2 days now trying this and that. It seems I have hit a brick wall. Anyone have any thoughts?

I've noticed this problem as well, specifically i've noticed it on my (and also the roommates) soldier play through. Having no idea how the game was programmed, i suspect it might have to do with the substantial health bonus the class receives.

My suspicion is that the game doesn't add the bonus health during loading but keeps the max (with bonus) health.

In other words lets say Neurotic Shepard Has 300 health with bonus, 100 of that is the bonus. My guess is that during loading Neurotic Shepard is given 200 (out of 300) of that, causing his health to be low enough to give the in-game warning of the heartbeat.

Of course i could be wrong, but it would make sense as to why only the soldier class seems to have this issue.

well guess it didnt ever get fixed, atleast i know im not going insane, first time playing through as a soldier, i thought it might be the insane difficulty setting, but i guess its just the soldier class.

It might be caused by your unregistered ME2 game.

PC version, normal difficulty, ME1 import, first playthrough, paragon soldier. Thought it may have been something Arrival-related, but here I read it's been going on for a very long time :B

I'm an Adept and i have this problem, but still I think can be caused by %HP

I'm a vanguard, also experiencing bug. I think it started happening around the time I got my first lvl 4 ability.

I had that all through my ME2 playthrough, playing Soldier, in all loading screens, didn't have Collector armour.
