I am sorry if this has been posted already but for some reason the search bar did not work.
I cannot log in to my bioware account in the game I put in the right data and it gives me the terms of aggrement.
then it saids the password is incorrect. but if I put in a wrong password from the start then it saids wrong password right away without the terms of aggrement.

this all is highly annoing because i just redeemed shale and cannot get acces to it.

please help.

make sure your password does not have weird characters in it like $#@ or something like those.



other people have had similar issues.

It's been revealed in other threads that symbols (like # % $) cause a password to be rejected even if it's correct.



Try changing your password to only contain letters and numbers if that's the case?
