Irenicus is the clear number one for me.I feel bad narrowing it down to only three because BG2 just wins with characters. Tali would make my top ten.

I nearly entered HK-47 as #1 for the sheer amusement he provided, bumping Mordin and Morrigan down and Tali off, yet the more rationally (and sexually) driven parts of my brain wouldn't allow it. Mordin is just so hot, after all.
