Okay,i had the issue like lots of people here:Every DLC and items were shown in your player profile.But nowhere to be found in the downloadtabs ingame.Or they were shown but wouldn't start to download.Tried ever possible sollution mentioned in the huge thread about it.Nothing worked...Strangely enough,i noticed the "always stay logged in" checkbox when you log in in the game.What the heck i thought,let's check the box.And you know what?EVERYTHING STARTED TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL

Not saying  this is the ONLY and BEST solution,but hey,wouldn't hurt to try it,would it?

Thats strange I'm always logged in yet i can't tick the box for it and its not ticked and don't have my DLCs.

I've seen so many fixes that work for some and not for others that I seriously doubt it's anything to do with your local settings. It's just Bioware's content server that's borked. It's probably massively overloaded, because putting up enough hardware to handle demand costs money.

Pretty sure you need to delog from withing the game. The checkbox should be usable again.

Did that and the box is still not usable.

Here's a simple tutorial on how I fixed a broken DLC package that was supposedly installed but not really working (conversations broken, quest markers not appearing, etc.) Worked for me, see if it helps.
