After Defeating Necromancer was told to return to Kings Body...nothing happens allistair makes a comment but nothing I can do even tried to Incinerate but no effect what is wrong here?Please any Help would be appreciated what Am i missing can even leave? Help?

A cutscene should fire when you try to reenter the tunnel that leads back up to the Tower of Ishal. It sounds like that hasn't happened for you. If you try loading up a save from after you've defeated the necromancer, you might want to try the tunnel again.
I'm not sure if it's necessary to have Cailan's armour - all of it - and Cailan's documents for the cutscene to fire.

NeverMind game Glitchy had to backtrack all the way back to where I killed Ogre and reneter cave to exit then got Cutscene so I could make determination as wht to do with Kings Body....DLC shouldnt be this Glitchy Necromance also had issues in a cpl of Places and Killed him outside of tower before tower entrance was weird...
