Install... Reinstall.. File Missing Error??

 :blink: beginning to get really fed up now, tried installing reinstalling, after black screen issue upon launch, the guys in the shop said i wouldnt be able to take ME2 back, but i cant see how they can refuse to take it back if there is an issue with the installer??

hmm, have you tried disabling the intro movies?

or maybe dreamstream's workaround of turning off overclocking in the bios (even if he mentions realtek it does help fix stuttering/lag with .bik movies)

Are you able to disable the intel graphics through bios? I'm thinking the ME2 configurator is defaulting to those instead of the ATI.

How would i go about doing this?? through the old F10 or F12 to get into system bios settings? should be able to yes
