Is this normal? Like the character can only run so far and needs to rest? very annoying ...
I do have a wireless keyboard that has never caused a problem in a game before, but maybe that is it ... anyone know??

There's a couple of potential issues but the most likely suspects:
A small utility for your keyboard that is wrongly reading your 'running' as the key being 'stuck' or the signal from the wireless keyboard not being recieved consistently and its only in ME2 that it's noticible.
The only 'tiring' aspect in ME2 is for storming/dashing (you can only dash for so long before you go back into that slow walk)

i tried changing some of the keyboard settings in windows w/ no luck ... darn!
