First off, my game runs fine on my pc, but on my laptop it has some issues.

My laptop is running windows vista 32bit SP2
AMD X2 64 @2.0ghz
2gigs of ram
Dedicated hd2600 mobile

The probme I have is that the game will shows weird shades of color at wrong times. It is mostly red most of the time, but in the fade my screen pretty much turns to a solid purple.

I have tried to updrade the graphics drivers but to no avail. I can't find drivers for my card on ati's website. Does anyone else have this problem. It had been driving me mad for the past couple of hours.

Please do not crosspost.  You have asked the same question already, and have been answered already.  That should be sufficient.

Yeah I glanced over that post, but that really isn't the same problem. I have a statistics test soon, but once I get out I will upload my screeny.

Here is a screen shot of what I am talking about. It shouldn't have that redness to it.

Do you see any of these problems in movies, other games and or an increase of color to an certain extent while just browsing the internet?

No, movies play fine, WoW plays fine, just Dragon Age has a problem.

I patched it, and now it isn't even working but I saw a fix to update some library. I will try this and see how it goes.

TEMP FIX : Simply go to your video settings in game and disable Frame-Buffer Effects. The game won't look as good, but you get that annoying color away.
