i redeemed it at first and it said server did not respond and it dosent show up in game or on ea and i tried putting it in again and says already redeemed help please.

If it has been correctly redeemed it will show up on http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php



If it is not showing up in game, which is should automatically once you've logged in with the same account as here, then check out the technical support forum for your game platform. The only exception is that for the Mass Effect 2 PC version there is a direct download link.

Is it still possible to get blood dragon armor for pc ?

The only way to get the Blood Dragon Armor was to purchase a copy of Dragon Age: Origins that had the code with it. There was an expiration date for redeeming it, but I believe that expiration date no longer applies because there were some difficulties with people redeeming the code. Some people gave away, traded, or sold their unused codes, but I don't know how that works if you're not redeeming it through the DA:O game.
