Everything has been working fine for me until I loaded the game today to see that the Warden Commander Armor (worn by Sten) had dissapeared.

I have to go back 5 saves (about 4 hours of gameplay) to see Sten with the armor again.

Any idea how I can salvage my gameplay?

On a related note, is there any way to make the Auto-Save create new saves as opposed to overwritting the old one?  This would have been a tremendous help here, too.  Disk space isn't an issue at all.

I really hate being the "negative-nelly," and I understand the bussiness of monitizing all the income streams you can, but who designs DLC authentication routines
that when fails results is the loss of customer data.  There are dozens
of simple ways to protect the customer's data should authentication
fail at any point.  The whole DA DLC has left a bad taste in my mouth
and smacks of last minute stripping of in-game content at the bequest of EA suits. 

Oh, and come on EA web support - it's ridiculous that the Search function is missing for this forum.  These boards are going to become unweildy and unfuncitional without one.  I should have an answer to my question in minutes, yet I'm creating another post to ask a a questions that's probabaly buried on page 198.

Sorry, I had to vent, it wasn't a happy morning...  I am (was?) very happy with this game for the most part (i'll say it yet again... the DLC should be longer!!!).

Try asking around in the Tech Support forum. There might be a way to fix this.

It prob has to do with being connected online. Your DLC is disabled when you start up the game and are not connected. Way to keep people from pirating. I don't know how you would get it back though...
