Can consequences be avoided for companions who dislike specializations?

I haven't unlocked any specializations yet (except Shapeshifter, I think), but I'd like to unlock as many as possible in my first playthrough. I've read that the Reaver and Champion unlocks are incompatible in the same game, but that's fine.

My question concerns companions who dislike certain specializations. I don't know who these are specifically, but let us suppose that Leliana (who seems to be a fairly devout follower of the Chantry) is not terribly fond of unlocking Blood Mage. Would this reaction occur regardless of whether she is in my party (i.e. if she is in the party camp)?

Alternatively, suppose a party member has not joined yet (e.g., Wynne). Let us again suppose that this person objects to some specialization (e.g., Reaver). If said specialization has already been unlocked, will the character refuse to join the party, immediately react after joining, etc?

I would hope that there are ways to unlock all of the specializations without completely losing party members, though I can see some legitimate reasons for it to have been designed more stringently.

I unlocked blood mage before acquiring wynne, who I would assume would not appreciate it and no comments yet from her after about 3 hours of playing with her. I have used the blood magic spells multiple times as well.

At least for Wynne and the blood magic thing, just dont tell her. If you do... (spoiler)

She will leave or attack you. I forget which.
