thus far I've accumulated 460 points in my profile, but it the "Download" screen in shows I have zero points.  When I hit the update circle/arrow it acts like its doing somethingi but it does not add my points to the screen.  So how am I supposed to download any of the options?

Please Help.

The points in your Profile are just used to track achievements, they can't be used to buy DLC. You have to buy Points with real money to purchase DLC. Go to Profile | Add Bioware Points on the left (or click on the Dragon Age Ad on the left which says Add Bioware Points for PC) and then purchase Points.

Don't confuse the game's progress points with the store's purchase points. They are not inter-related.

I thought it was an either or thing...what is the "point" to accumulating pionts then?

Oh well, guess I'm gonna have to cough up more cash.
