I have got 5 upgrades of heavy ammo (listed from 1/5 to 5/5) and found another one on the mission. Now it proposes to upgrade it further to 6/6. Is it a bug?

upgrade it and find out if you can go past the previous limit (in actual ammo), either way i think its more of a secret upgrade, i don't think something like that would be a bug.
