I don't have internet, and I was planning on going to my friends house and downloading my terminus armor, collector armor, and cerberus network dlc, but I've read complaints that the dlc won't work if you're not connected to xbox live while playing, so I'm just looking for a straight answer: can you use dlc while offline? Any help would be appreciated.

You don't need to be connected once you have downloaded the cerebrus network content. My guess is they used a different console to download it. If you bring the console at your friend's and download the content on it it will be fine.

It does seem that for some people at least, the DLC will not work if you are not connected to Live when you first boot the game, though it will continue working if you subsequently disconnect. Once you restart your console however, or quit to the dashboard and reload, it may stop working.

I was wondering same thing. I havd downloaded all the current available dlc stuff, what do I do now. It doesn't show that it has been loaded or anything. I have no idea what to do. Do I just start playing the game after it has been downloaded or what?
