Here's the problem?  I'm at level 23, but I haven't been able to add any talents/powers past the first four.  I'll give you an example of what I mean - I have overkill 2 and first aid, however, when I hit spacebar and go to my HUD, they don't show up on my bar at the bottom, so I can't add them to my hot keys.  Any idea what's going on?

Here's some of my info:

OS: Windows Vista Home Premium, service Pack 2 installed
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 920 Processor, 2.80 ghz
RAM: 4gb
Video: ATI Radeon HD 4800

Mass Effect 1 for PC
