i would like to see party discussions as like DA:O it was hillarious , i was expecting them to talk to each others in missions like they did in ME1 but with more extent , i guess i was spoiled by DA:O
i dont know it feels kind of weird that they stand beside each others and dont speak at all , true that in this game it s more like go from point A to B the fastest possible with way less walking than before in towns and such anyhow it would be nice if there was banter oh well
Yea this would really bring some atmosphere to the game!

all the good things from ME 2: Hit Boxes, Combat oriented Level up, Research, scannign and probing, Normandy control, Comabt, Reload system (have heat sink percentage instead with horribly slow cool down if not reloaded say 5 minutes), Faster powers all are on same cool down, armor upgrades they had, Heavy weapons, ammo abilities, comabt interactions, melee, Universal Upgrades from Research. Hacking and Bypass minigames were fun. liked the Squad collection.
In General:
-Tali cannon relationship starting in ME 2 up
-all party members who survived returning, exception those who aren't military still
-Cerberus Vs Alliance Vs Reapers
-Cure For Genophage and Return of the Krogan Under Wrex
-Geth and Quarian Peace
-Heat sink Reload to be actual Heat Sink Reload.
-Normandy SR 2
-more Dreadnaughts
-acceptance of reaper existence
-Weapon stats that make sense
-ship to ship combat, even just more cut scense if not direct control.
-Reaper Defeat By United Quarian and Geth Research
-Conflict with Love interests from ME 1 and ME 2 *partially so i can watch Garrus beat in Alenkos face on all my femsheps my male shep lost his love interested in ME 1 i let ashley die*
-Smaller inventory than ME 1 larger than ME 2
-ability to swap out wepons in the field, not able to change armor in field
-more full suits of armor with interchangeable parts
-More variety in weapons with stats
-An enemy with a face, for example the Geth were lead by Saren saren was BA, The Collectors were lead by Harbinger, who was harbinger? we don't know we just see he's a reaper at the very end, so all we know at first is a race that's particularly mysterious takes up arms against humanity and may be connected to the reapers. So it's just an advanced assault force and we get no help from the council
-again acceptance of the fact reapers exist the council can only delay so long before it's too late.
-Reaper traitors they're AI similar to the Geth Network from what i understand Some however must be able to think independently like the geth and other AI some must be against this or getting tired of it.
-Answer to Why the Reapers are doing this.
-more convo options with the team.

- no story/filler/crutch like the unspecified "mission" before the final fight where we all get into the shuttle (not even a token mission which can be interrupted was lame).
- less level-like approach to the world (more freedom of movement)
- more dialogue/conversation with crew.
- dynamic dialogue options with the squad when on missions, more dialogue/interaction between NPCs on-ship, off-ship, and during missions.
- options to bring about reconciliation between Geth and Quarians (or side in a war)
- no multiplayer
- heatsinks are immersion-breaking change them

1. An epic space battle with Normandy ahead of all the ships.
2. More Miranda! (preferably as a love interest + XO of Normandy SR2)
3. Shepard / Illusive Man showdown
4. Reaper history
5. All of ME2's main characters in one way or another - but most as team members (they were a lot better than ME1 characters imho, not including Wrex of course)
6. To stop the quarians from attacking the geth world.
7. LOTR-sized Epic moments to end the trilogy, with Turians charging down like Riders of Rohan, all the races united against the Bligh... I mean, Reapers.
I DO NOT WANT:
1. Not popular, but still... I dislike Liara. A lot, especially in ME2 with her new info-gathering job and all.
2. New romance characters. I think that developing the current ones would be perfect.
3. A new krogan in the team. Leave Wrex and Grunt to do the fightin', don't add a third one.

My thoughts exactly.Anthropophobic wrote...
Want: Garrus.
Do Not Want: The absence of Garrus.
Other things on my WANT list:
No killing Shepard at the end. I want a happy ending.
ME2 characters as teammates.
More Kal'Reegar, Shiala, and that Krogan/Asari bartender.
A satisfying conclusion for the genophage and Quarian homeworld plotlines.
Another Spectre, maybe? The Spectres got shafted in ME2. They're supposed to be kind of important. Maybe a Saren-esque 'ends-justify-the-means' type anti-hero. That'd add a cool dynamic to my party.
Random team convos a la Dragon Age.
Palaven.
DO NOT WANT:
LI death.
More new characters. One or two? Okay, but not any more than that. Not enough time to explore them, they'll just end up shallow. Keep the ones we have now.
(Drastically) reduced parts for all ME2 squadmates just because they 'might' have died.
A return to the bloated inventory system.
For that darned heretic plotline to come back to bite me. Stupid ethical dilemma!

I ended up with 20k Ele zero, 5k Iridium, 100k Plat, 100k Palladium
I upgraded SMG/Assault rifles/Armor/Sniper rifles to the max. The resource allocation is really annoying.
Can you please let us get squad mates from ME1 or ME2, what is the point of a love interest or building any character relationships at all if you just make them go disappear for the sequel?
If you do not wish to even build on their story, at least let us USE them in the squad.
I think you guys have no problem with that (i.e. ZAEED, more or less goes quiet after his loyalty mission and is non existent in any of the story cinematics)
Space ship battles...yes..let us be Joker and pilot the normandy and go paragon or renagade..
Save spaceships or blow em up

Liara!
more conversations between squadmates
more weapons/armor
Shiala romance
Miranda
more interrupts
Normandy crew (Kelly, Joker, Chakwas)
a happy ending
I do not want
scanning

Earth
Palaven
Tali's face even though i didn't romance her
To unite the geth and quarians
more Legion
For it to be on Xbox 360
Female versions of other races
WHAT I DONT WANT
new crew members: I think with this set in ME2 and the one from ME1 we should be able to pick a team or even all of them to fight the last battle. please dont make me get to know new team mates. If you must add more usable team mates don't add too many.
For my decision to trust TIM and give him the station to not bite my ass off. Seriously if all of sudden TIM becomes evil and destroys the entire galaxy or something because i decided to trust him and cerberus I will throw my xbox out the window.

I definitely want any ME1 LI to be really well done and to give the people who stayed loyal some really awesome conclusion.
The new places were really cool such as Omega and that Asari place (forgot the name) but the cities still don't really feel like there's much life. Like I was surprised at the lack of side quests on Omega. Everything seems really crammed into a small space. I want the cities to seem more grand. One thing I remember from Omega that was really cool was the butcher cutting meat at one of the stalls, it just seemed really realistic.
New class powers, continue with the awesomness from ME2. My only gripe with the classes is when you have to choose to make your spell into a more advanced spell (after you've attained 4 points into it) they're all the same. Like make it either do more damage or make it effect multiple targets. Seemed a little bit of a letdown.
That's all I can think of right now.

Impact of decisions a hell of a lot more...big.
All squadmates returning, along with a FEW new ones.
Less Zaeed-characters.
Hanar, volus, vorcha, and elcor having a ****ing point!
Female aliens.
Ability to be an alien if Shepard dies. Maybe that should be the only choice.
Epic space fights, ablity to control the Normandy in combat, more companion interaction during missions...
Do not want:
Zaeed
Lame, cliche ending to this story arc
Lack of Legion
To list a few off the top of my head.

2.) The team was plenty big, but bringing back a few characters/squad members, even if they're not part of the squad (Ashley, Wrex, Kaidan, Liara, Conrad, etc.) would make me pretty happy.
3.) The scanning wasn't the worst part of the game, but it was definitely tedious. Starting from scratch I had to deplete two whole star systems in order to get the ship upgrades, not to mention all the depletion for the other upgrades. Although, it did make me wonder why there was so much scanning left over after I finished upgrades...
4.) Drop the level max from the original game to 40, keep the loyalty bonus powers and drop the replay bonus powers. Give us a better ability point system, as in the first game's system. It worked well, I distinctly remember never having to wait to use skill points. In ME2 I had five levels at least where I had to wait to use skill points I'd earned. Keep the weapon skills out, but bring back some of the old skills like engineering and decryption.
5.) Make staying loyal in romances twice as good and interesting as the romances in ME2 and I'll be pleased.
6.) More armor options, WITHOUT ANY DLC. I understand that you're a business and that you need to make extra money, but the idea that there are a grand total of four armor suits in ME2 was just mean. Not to mention that the differences between armor hardly seemed... well... different.
7.) Better weapon choices and balance for weapons. The weapon choices didn't really seem like an actual choice in ME2 because there was just obviously better weapons. I like to have to choose different reasons for a gun. The places I noticed this most was the rapid-shot sniper versus the others, and the vindicator rifle versus the others. They were just SO much better that there was no thought process behind it at all. The weapon system seemed more streamlined than in ME1 because you gave us choices, but choices that didn't matter.
8.) Increase either ammo drops, or ammo storage for some of the guns, IE: the first sniper rifle. 10 shots lasted me all of 10 seconds since it was my favorite gun until I got the speed one. I was lucky if I got those ten shots back before the end of a mission. And if I ran out of pistol as well I was really screwed.
9.) Bring back the spice from ME1. Wrex and his comments were great in the first game. There wasn't enough of that truly wonderful Bioware dialogue outside of character directed dialogue. Give me more and I'll be more than happy.
10.) Finally, just expand on the game and the affect of the choices. The 20 hours of main storyline gameplay wasn't bad, but it FELT too short. Hell, Halo 3 takes me like 6-7 hours but it FEELS longer. I realize that this is because I enjoy ME2 more than Halo 3, so I say you should work with that, give us more enjoyment.
EDIT: Had to streamline what I was saying.

Yup this. I know Bioware can flesh out any character for as long as they want to keep them around, so I hope that they're kept around. I'll be...likely very disappointed if they don't do this.

Want I don't want: Choices made in previous games to screw me out of certain content. In other words, I don't want to have to replay Mass Effect 1 just because saving the Rachni means Earth doesn't get destroyed. Your past choices should add flavor and personality to the game you play, it shouldn't prevent you from getting a proper ending. Choices should have consequence, but it shouldn't affect the 'core' game, just like in ME2.
