 I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem.  Besides on the mission itself BioWare tried to trick you and change up the buttons.

I'm talking about that mission on the moon Franklin where the Batarians are planning on shooting two missiles at a human colony in which you have 5 minutes to complete.  I chose to save the capital/residential area.  The mission summary says as much but when I go back to the journal entry it says that I saved the factory/military and thousands died.  I was just wondering if anyone had this problem and if it adversely affect anything in ME2 and possibly ME3
