Dose any body know where i can buy WEPONS? Not upgrades!  I've check Omega And the Citadel Where else?

You don't buy weapons, you find them through the course of the game.

You can't buy weapons; you can find them on the ground in some missions. Check in spoilers forum if you want more info on specifics.

You get a new gun in the recruitment missions on omega, a canon pistol and a rifle, you get to chose one special weapon when you get trapped on the collector ship, two more weapons when recruiting tally and a shotgun when you do the recruitment mission for the justicar and the assassin, some weapons you only get from a dlc but you cant buy them anywhere
