Is there one out there rather than scanning each planet one by one?

Very good question. I too am wondering about this. If you bought the star maps in the stores on Illium, that should expand your galaxy quite a bit. But I'm not sure of all of the land-able planets either.

About 2yrs ago, there was a user here, Cold Zxaos, who made a checklist in .pdf format. An awesome checklist of all the resources, planets, etc..., included DLCs too.
If you're out there, workin on part two??

I actually was suprised how quickly I was able to scan through all of the planets looking for Anomalies. If it wasn't for the fact that you are going to want to play those missions. You could probably check every planet in the game for anomalies in half an hour.

OK.....I cut and pasted this from a user named dexter1984 over at Gamefaqs. It seems legit, but I can not vouch for it as I am work for a few more hours and can not check it out. All credit goes to dexter1984.

Thanks for the planets. hopefull they'll lead to something i missed and can run to make some money.. I completed the suicide mission a few hours ago, and now find myself hanging around the place looking to get some extra money to afford some upgrades to my character such as skin weave and bone weave, but i havent found anything yet that lets me do so.. tried finishing up the medical scan quest, but i cant get it to unlock the paragon actions i need to do that, so i figure it's a lost cause.. hopefully though this list will help me out with a little extra..
Thanks again..
Thanks again..

hm.. Illium looks missed ,it's not a complete list therefore that.!
infact there are lot of landable planets in DLCs example
on Hammerhead missions that you got a small flying machine.
not sure about other DLCs cause there are lot it's June now.
I am pretty sure Developers can't expand more landable zones cause Unreal Engine won't allow that
only implemented zones may be landable ,you can see in option they mentioned about vehicle driving buttons for what.?? I have never seen a drivable vehicle or anything in Original it only comes with DLCs I guess now that's the point we got.! they have already implemented what features need to include cause UE won't allow to add additional I guess unlike Eclipse that based on Dragon Age
I guess it's better the Next Mass Effect version (v3) develop based on Eclipse so at least we can mod.
I used to think Mass Effect 2 sucks but now I really like it ,different weather ,different people, different races and many more I can practically see how solar systems, nebulas, different kind of stars, galaxy exist ,I guess BIOWARE really need to work on more in next version like
create more landable zones, allow to exploring the areas,be more realistic (like I saw some planets got 50C
add more people into the game ,allow to land on Earth (our mother planet ,I am sure u everyone from Earth
lolz ) ,add more settlements example if you allow to add more settlements so other people can mod to create new settlements it likes create castle on Oblivion or even you BIOWARE people can release them as DLCs to get more extra profit.
